The IBC Profit Driver Calculator is an ingenious tool which has been specially devised /written by a Chartered Accountant working with David Drew specifically for hairdressing salons where salon owners insert their business numbers as requested in the specific user instructions provided, to enable them to find out from the calculator what they should be charging for services in order to drive better/enhanced business profits.

Running a business for the first time can be daunting, don’t worry I have you covered. I can help you understand what you need to do, writing your business plan and show you how to do it.
Package 3 – EXISTING SALON GROWTH
You have a successful salon, but you feel you could do more, be bigger, be more successful. I can help you identify your key areas for success and help you work towards them – whether that is by team growth or salon growth.
Our monthly sessions will focus on growing your business.
Package 4 – TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Your business is nothing without your team! Your team is your businesses’ best asset. I will work with your team on a monthly basis to give them the tools they need to work effectively, and productively to reach their full potential, whilst really enjoying their hairdressing career.
